The Soundteams website aims to make available video learning of computer-assisted music production techniques, either by signing up for a subscription allowing access to a set of videos (Masterclass), or by purchasing individual courses excluding subscription (One on One Sessions)

Access and use of the site are subject to acceptance and compliance with these General Terms of Use.

The publisher reserves the right to modify the site and services at any time and without notice, as well as these CGUs, in particular to adapt to the evolution of the site by making new features available or the removal or modification of existing features.

Users will also have to accept the terms of use of the Discord platform for Premium accounts.

ARTICLE 7. SERVICES RESERVED FOR REGISTERED USERS

1. Registration

  • Terms and conditions

    It is necessary to register to access to certain services, notably all paid services.
    Registration and access to the website's services are reserved exclusively for able individuals who have completed and validated the registration form available online on the Soundteams website, as well as these General Terms of Use.
    When registering, the user agrees to provide accurate, sincere, and up-to-date information about his person. The user will also have to check the data regularly to maintain its relevancy.
    The user must therefore provide a valid email address, to which the website will send confirmation of his registration to its services. An email address cannot be used multiple times to register for services.
    Any communication made by OHLALA Productions and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the user. The latter undertakes to regularly consult the messages received on this email address and to respond within a reasonable time if necessary.
    Only one registration for the website's services is allowed per individual.
    The ID and password can be changed online by the user in their Personal Space. The password is personal and confidential, so the user agrees not to share it with third parties.
    In any event, Soundteams reserves the possibility of refusing a request to register for the services in the event of the user's non-compliance with the provisions of these General Terms of Use.

    • Free account

      Registered users with a free subscription will have limited access to the content. Free content list:
      • Some free access masterclasses (not stamped with a padlock)
      • The teasers and "class sample" of each masterclass are in free access
      • The free part of the community on Discord
      • The ability to book One on One sessions (excluding subscription)
    • Premium account

      Access to the Premium account will allow Users access to all Masterclasses and the Community. On the other hand, this subscription does not give access to One on One Sessions that are an additional purchase.
      Accessible with a Premium account:
      • All masterclasses
      • The premium channel of discord and therefore access to contests on it
      • The ability to book One on One sessions (excluding subscription)
      The monthly rate for the Premium account is sixteen euros and ninety-nine cents (19.99 euros).
    • One on One Sessions

      One on One Sessions are private courses that can be booked aside of subscriptions. Booking is possible with any type of User account; the payment is subject to a surcharge.
      Classes are set at various prices depending on their content and the popularity of the Artist.

2. Unsubscribe

The monthly/yearly registered user will be able to request his opt-out at any time by going to the dedicated page in his Personal Space. Any opt-out of the website will be effective after the user has completed the form provided for this purpose, within the following time: at the end of the due month.

3. REMOVING PERSONAL SPACE AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE SITE'S PUBLISHER

It is made known to the user that the publisher reserves the right to remove the personal space of any User that violates these terms of use, particularly in the following cases:

  • If the user makes an illegal use of the website;
  • If the user, when creating his personal space, voluntarily transmits false information to the website;
  • If the user has not been active on his personal space for at least a year.

In the event that the publisher decides to remove the user's personal space for any of these reasons, it cannot be considered harmful to the user whose account has been deleted.

This removal cannot constitute a waiver to the legal proceedings that the publisher might take against the user who has violated these rules.

The publisher is only responsible for the content it has edited itself.

The publisher is not responsible:

  • In case of technical problems or failures, computer or site compatibility with any hardware or software;
  • Direct or indirect damage, material or immaterial, predictable or unpredictable resulting from the use or difficulties of use of the site or its services;
  • Intrinsic features of the Internet, including those relating to the unreliability and lack of security of information circulating there;

In addition, prior information from the site editor is required before a hyperlink is put in place.

Sites that advertise information that are illegal, violent, polemical, pornographic, xenophobic or that may offend the sensibility of the greatest number of people are excluded from this authorization.

As for the music featured in the videos made by the Artists, Soundteams has no rights to it. Artists are the sole owners of their recordings and undertake not to use titles for which they do not own or for which they have not obtained permission. Soundteams cannot be held responsible for the artists' use of music over which they do not have the rights.

Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of the contents, trademarks and services offered by the site, by any process, without the prior permission, express and written permission of the publisher or the Artist in the case, is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute infringement within the meaning of articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. This is with the exception of items expressly designated as rights-free on the site.

Access to the site is not worth recognition of a right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property rights relating to an element of the site, which remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
